If you are following the The Knight Fit Diet plan, use the cottage cheese in place of the weekly serving of yogurt.
Cottage Cheese with pineapple and mandarin orange slices on top.
Chicken breast boiled in water and *BBQ rub spices with the leftover pineapple juice and mandarin orange juice in place of the usual sugar. (After it was cooked, we shredded it like pulled pork.)
Sweet potato nuggets, baked.
Green beans fried with sweet Lebanon "lean beef" baloney.
Juice - Blueberry / Pomegranate.
