Today's Bento is filled with simple food. Streak tips fried in olive oil, salt, pepper and celery slices with a side of Quinoa cooked in the rice maker and then tossed with spinach in the left over meat juices. The celery softens when fried, but never really loses its texture. It gives a great little bit of crunch to the spinach and Quinoa. In the other compartments are fresh seedless grapes and 4 oz of apple juice in the little cup. |
