*Technically, beans are not part of the Knight Fit Diet Plan. So if you are on plan to lose weight, skip the beans and the juice. 
  • Apple sauce with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • Sweet potato, sliced into steak fries and baked.
  • leftover green beans from yesterday
  • Brusselsprouts
  • fish cooked with bacon and slivered almonds
  • Cherry apple juice
