Jana's Deviled eggs;
12 boiled eggs
1 T spoon mayo made with olive oil
1tp Sriracha sauce
1tp olive oil or zesty Italian Dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Slice boiled eggs in half, pop out yolks, smash with fork, whip in other ingredients, stuff back into the whites of the eggs.
Garnish with a sprinkle of Paprika.
Sometimes, in our fast paced world, making a Bento, just isn't going to happen.
Take this weekend... Between the holiday weekend and visiting the family, the normal adventure in shopping, just didn't happen.
*But that doesn't mean no lunch!
We picked up some food on the way into work, and with a minimum amount of prep, tadah! A healthy 'picnic' lunch! Watermelon and salad, with chicken breast and a dill pickle. And for a special treat, deviled eggs.
(It helps when your store offers roasted chicken, fresh salad and boiled eggs, peeled and ready to eat!)
