We slow cooked our brisket in the oven overnight for about eight hours.
The cabbage was par boiled and then fried with some of the brisket fat and some chopped bacon.
In the little cup is cherry juice and next to that some crispy apple chips... Yummy!
(We love our juice, but if you want to lose weight, substitute water, coffee or tea.)
