Who says Turkey Dinner is only for Thanksgiving? A very simple version can be cooked up and easily divided into Bentos! We started with a half of turkey breast, baked till golden, added homemade cranberry sauce with mandarin oranges, sweet pea pods stir fried in chopped bacon bits and added a few small whole potatoes, baked 'side by each' with the turkey breast. Today's beverage was 4 oz of apple juice and in the little purple cup is a small amount of gravy, (separated for better control of how much is used.)
