* To stay on the fitness weightloss plan, outlined by Jaye Brooks under Knight Fit Nutrition, substitute the potatoes for sweet potatoes and skip the juice and gravy.
Who says Turkey Dinner is only for Thanksgiving? A very simple version can be cooked up and easily divided into Bentos! We started with a half of turkey breast, baked till golden, added homemade cranberry sauce with mandarin oranges, sweet pea pods stir fried in chopped bacon bits and added a few small whole potatoes, baked 'side by each' with the turkey breast. Today's beverage was 4 oz of apple juice and in the little purple cup is a small amount of gravy, (separated for better control of how much is used.)
