We use the Tabata method at the Knights Hall to promote good cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and a fast recovery time. You can download the app we use by clicking on the "Tabata app button" at the top of the page.
Set your Tabata timer for three 30 seconds "work" rounds and 30 seconds "rest" periods between each round.
When three rounds of an exercise have been completed, set the Tabata clock for a 10 second "rest", before starting the next exercise.
1) Fight Fit has 6 exercises. Each exercise is done in three rounds.
2) For the first exercise:
Do as many as you can in each round while the clock says "Work"
3) When the Tabata clock says "rest" take a break between the round.
4) Once 3 rounds of the exercise have been done take an additional 10 seconds to prepare before begining next exercise.
