      • We use the Tabata method at the Knights Hall to promote good cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and a fast recovery time. You can download the app we use by clicking on the "Tabata app button" at the top of the page.
    • Set your Tabata timer for three 30 seconds "work" rounds and 30 seconds "rest" periods between each round. 
    • When three rounds of an exercise have been completed, set the Tabata clock for a 10 second "rest", before starting the next exercise.

      • 1) Fight Fit has 6 exercises. Each exercise is done in three rounds. 

        2) For the first exercise: 
        Do as many as you can in each round while the clock says "Work"  

      • 3) When the Tabata clock says "rest" take a  break between the round. 

        4) Once 3 rounds of the exercise have been done  take an additional 10 seconds to prepare before begining next exercise.
