- This class is for the Armored Combat Sports student.
- Those students participating in ACS combat need to be in prime condition.
- These high intensity interval training, (HIIT), sessions are just one small component of training an AC Knight.
- Fighting in full armor requires strong legs and core for moving and wrestling in this heavy gear.
- Additionally, a strong upper body for striking and incredible stamina is necessary.
- This combined with weight training sessions, footwork and a variety of combative sparring, provide students with a strong foundation and an advantage when competing in this sport.
- This class is for the Armored Combat Sports student.
"Knight Fit" classes are:
Tuesdays at 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Thursdays at 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Sundays at 10:00am to 2:00pm
Weight Training Sessions:
Mondays and Wednesday at 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
** Students are expected to bring athletic attire, flat athletic shoes, a yoga mat and a positive attitude.
