  • Are you ready for the next level?  "Fight Fit", is for those who are looking to become combat ready and looking for an edge. 
  • This is high intensity interval training, using Tabata methodology, body weight exercises, kettlebells, isometrics and cardio training.
  • Two Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings.
  • Students have the option of joining either the 7:00pm or 7:30pm classes, whichever suits their schedule. 
  • Maximum Class size is 12
  • Students are expected to bring athletic attire, flat athletic shoes, a yoga mat and a positive attitude.
