- This is high intensity interval training, using Tabata methodology, body weight exercises, kettlebells, isometrics and cardio training.
- Two Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings.
- Students have the option of joining either the 7:00pm or 7:30pm classes, whichever suits their schedule.
- Maximum Class size is 12
- Students are expected to bring athletic attire, flat athletic shoes, a yoga mat and a positive attitude.
